Attitude towards Scientific Research: Analysis of Psychology Students in Peru and Colombia

The attitude towards scientific research is an indicator of educational quality in university education. objective this was to determine the psychology students from Peru and Colombia. descriptive, comparative cross-sectional. sample comprised 1150 enrolled universities (546) Colombia (604), identified through convenience sampling. General Research Attitude Index instrument, which adapted for study, applied data analysis. high reliability instrument verified with a Cronbach's Alpha .935. Regarding results, it found that had predisposition (41.7%) compared (29.9%). knowledge about research, both countries adequately valued promoted development production (52.6% 54.3% Peru). evaluation teaching, perceived higher their education (8.27 out 10), program they were (8.51 infrastructure (8.44 10). It concluded show better (M=73.79, SD=12.96) than (M=70.64, SD=11.80). study recommends teachers possess greater pertinence experience motivate favorable ensure its visibility.
